…this house could be yours for just $150. And, no, I’m not kidding.

Yerba Buena Center for the Arts is raffling this $2.4 million dollar San Francisco home. Each ticket costs $150 and there is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase. If you put more than one name on the ticket, the official winner will be the first name written on the ticket. Proceeds from this raffle benefit YBCA in San Francisco.

The Grand Prize Drawing will take place on Saturday, July 25th. The deadline to buy a ticket for this Grand Prize Drawing is Friday, July 10th.

And if you don’t want the house? No worries. If you are the grand prize winner, you can choose between the house OR $.18 million in cash. Which would you choose?

And if this isn’t enough? YBCA is also having THREE Early Bird Drawings for those that buy their tickets by Friday April 3rd, Friday May 1st, or Friday May 29th, with various cash prizes.

Location: Inner Sunset, within walking distance from Golden Gate Park, UCSF, DeYoung Museum, Academy of Sciences. (exact address not listed)

Size: 2 homes on one property – the main house, and a guest cottage, combined 4,200 square feet. (Main house has 4 bed/4.5 bath and Guest house has 2 bed/2 bath)
